§ 8516

The following positions set forth in this chapter shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title: (1) Secretary of Labor; (2) Director of Employment and Training; (3) Director of Industrial Affairs; (4) Director of Unemployment Insurance; (5) Director of Vocational Rehabilitation; (6) Chief of the Office of Occupational and Labor Market Information; and (7) Executive Director of the Workforce Investment Board.29 Del.
