§ 8517

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, the Secretary of Labor, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized and directed to take such action with respect to merit system coverage of personnel as may be necessary to qualify, or continue the eligibility of, this State for grants-in-aid under any federal law or program.29 Del.
