§ 8525

The Department of Labor and the Division of Small Business shall be jointly responsible for developing new and improved employment opportunities and coordinating with all other state and local agencies and private organizations in this field. The Governor and the General Assembly shall be kept fully apprised by the Department of Labor and the Division of Small Business of all state, local and private activities in the employment development field.63 Del.
