(a) Interest on bonds issued under this subchapter shall be exempt from income taxation by the State or any political subdivision thereof. (b) Any real or personal property of the Authority which is not used by an assisted person as part of, or in connection with, a project shall be exempt from any and all taxation by the State or any political subdivision thereof.62 Del.
