The Department of Correction, through appropriate bureaus, agencies and offices, shall have the power to perform and shall be responsible for the performance of all the powers, duties and functions which were the previous responsibilities of the Division of Adult Corrections immediately prior to July 1, 1975, and which are not otherwise specifically transferred to the Department by this chapter.60 Del.
