All of the following positions are exempt from Chapter 59 of this title: (1) Secretary of the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families. (2) Deputy Secretary of the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families. (3) Director of Family Services. (4) Director of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services. (5) Director of Youth Rehabilitative Services. (6) Director of Management Services. (7) Deputy Directors and private secretaries as provided in Chapter 59 of this title.64 Del.
