Jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to the distribution, sale, use, application and transportation of pesticides and devices is by this chapter vested exclusively in the Department, and all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this chapter, with the exception of Chapter 60 of Title 7, are hereby expressly repealed.58 Del.
