§ 1910

Any person convicted of violating this chapter or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 to be enforced by summary proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as requiring the Department or its authorized agent to report for prosecution, or for the institution of seizure proceedings as a result of, minor violations of this chapter when they believe that the public interest will best be served by a suitable written warning.3 Del.
