§ 1914

All authority vested in the Department of Agriculture by virtue of the provisions of this chapter may with like force and effect be executed by such employees of the Department of Agriculture as may be designated for such purpose.3 Del. C. 1953, § 1914; 57 Del. Laws, c. 690.;
