, deposited with State Treasurer. All bonds, together with any moneys, or securities given as collateral therefor, received by the Department of Agriculture from milk dealers pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter, shall be transmitted by the Department to the State Treasurer for safekeeping subject to withdrawal in whole or in part at any time by the Department.Code 1935, § 654G; 48 Del.
