In order to carry out this chapter, the Department of Agriculture, or its representatives, may enter, during the usual hours of business, any warehouse, store, building, market, carrier or vehicle at, in or from which eggs are sold, offered or exposed for sale and examine any or all such eggs for the purpose of determining whether the provisions of this chapter have been violated.43 Del.
