The Foundation is authorized to take those actions and exercise the authority and entitlements set forth under § 920 of this title to enforce the restrictions and other provisions which apply to forestland preservation areas, forestland preservation area agreements, forestland preservation easements, and the provisions of this subchapter.75 Del.
