The provisions of § 922 of this title as they apply to land located in agricultural preservation districts shall also apply to the real property located in forestland preservation areas and real property subject to forestland preservation easements, and the terms 'Agricultural Preservation District(s)', 'agricultural uses,' and 'preservation easement,' as used in § 922 of this title, shall include a 'forestland preservation area,' 'forestry and related activities' and 'forestland preservation easement' respectively.75 Del.
