Annual report The Committee shall complete an annual report outlining activities, status and implementation of the State's efforts to place TANF recipients in private sector jobs, including the Committee's recommendations for improvements in such efforts. The annual report will also include recommended areas to improve the efficiencies of service delivery efforts and suggest ways to reduce fraud and waste at the Divisions of Child Support and Social Services. 70 Del.
