§ 2502

For the purpose of providing the care, maintenance and instruction referred to in § 2501 of this title the Board of Education may contract with any institution having or furnishing facilities for such care, maintenance and instruction in this or any other state at a contract price and to pay transportation to and from the institution. The contract shall be made by and with the written consent of the parents or the surviving parent of any such child who is blind, or other relatives, or guardians, if such parents are both dead, or with the Department of Public Welfare, if there are no parents or other relatives.41 Del.
