'Appropriate authority'; Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families [Effective until enactment of the new Compact by 35 states and upon promulgation of rules by the Interstate Commission]. As used in paragraph (a) of Article V of this Compact, the phrase 'appropriate authority in the receiving state' shall, with reference to this State, mean the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families.31 Del.
