The State Treasurer shall receive all money paid to the State by the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, on account of aid provided under this subchapter, and shall make payments from such moneys and moneys appropriated by any law of this State in accordance with this subchapter and under the United States Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. § 301 et seq.].31 Del.
