§ 4101

This chapter shall be known as the Delaware State Housing Code which establishes minimum property maintenance standards for structures covered by this chapter and is herein sometimes referred to as the 'State Housing Code' or 'Code' and shall apply to and include the entire State except as may be exempted by this chapter.65 Del.
