No person shall receive assistance for the same period under more than 1 of the categories of assistance listed in § 505(1-3) of this title, including assistance to the needy blind, if the payment of such assistance would be inconsistent with any requirement for federal aid with respect thereto as set forth in rules and regulations of the Department and the Delaware Commission for the Blind [repealed].31 Del.
