The Commissioner, members of the Appeals Commission, and any hearing officer shall, on entering office, take the oath or affirmation set forth in Article XIV of the Delaware Constitution. Any other employee may be required to take the oath or affirmation set forth in Article XIV of the Delaware Constitution at the discretion of the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security.84 Del.
