§ 523

If a license to purchase for resale is to be used on behalf of a partnership or corporation, the application therefor shall be accompanied by a declaration to that effect signed by an authorized member of such partnership or an authorized officer of such corporation. In such case the partnership or corporation, or the directors and officers thereof shall be liable jointly and severally for any fine and costs to which the holder of the license is liable.38 Del.
