§ 702

The Commissioner may issue a written order signed by the Commissioner authorizing a manufacturer or importer to deliver alcohol or spirits in specified quantity to a person who holds a license to sell such alcohol or spirits, but not more than 1 delivery shall be specified or made on the same order.38 Del.
