No officer or inspector employed by the Commissioner and/or Division for the enforcement of this title, when acting in the officer's or inspector's official capacity, shall incur any of the penalties exacted by this chapter for the punishment of those who obtain alcoholic liquor either from a holder of a license granted under this title or from a person who is not the holder of a license.38 Del.
