§ 104

The Commissioner and the employees who work for the Commissioner shall be selected with respect to their knowledge of and experience in banking and accounting. The Commissioner shall be a resident of the State. The Commissioner and the employees who work for the Commissioner shall not be stockholders in any corporation coming under this title.30 Del.
