§ 1412

In maintaining any suit, action or proceeding in this State, a foreign bank holding a certificate of authority pursuant to this subchapter shall maintain such suit, action or proceeding in like manner and subject to the same limitations as are applicable in the case of a suit, action or proceeding maintained by a domestic banking organization, except as otherwise prescribed by statute.65 Del.
