§ 703

Every corporation and limited liability company created by or under this chapter, and every corporation and limited liability company whose charter, certificate of incorporation or certificate of formation is amended under this chapter, shall be subject to the same taxation as shall be fixed by the laws of this State for banks and trust companies.38 Del.
