Notice of the intention of the incorporators to form a bank or trust company shall be given to the State Bank Commissioner, and a notice in such form as the Commissioner shall approve shall be published at least once a week, for 2 successive weeks, in 1 or more newspapers designated by the Commissioner, at least 1 of which newspapers shall be published in the county where it is proposed to establish the bank or trust company.
