To the extent not inconsistent with the object, purpose, and provisions of this subchapter, a limited purpose trust company shall be subject to any section of this Code or any other statute or law of this State applicable to trust companies.63 Del. Laws, c. 261, § 3; 68 Del. Laws, c. 303, § 14;
