Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as abridging the rights, powers and authorities granted to any Delaware savings bank required under its charter, the provisions of this title, or any other current, former or future law of the State or the United States governing the formation, conversion, merger, corporate powers, branching, operation or dissolution of a Delaware savings bank.66 Del.
