§ 902

No bank or trust company not actively engaged in business in this State prior to January 1, 1933, shall transact any business in this State or open a place of business in this State without having first secured from the State Bank Commissioner a certificate authorizing it to begin the transaction of business and to open a place of business in this State.32 Del.
