(a) The provisions of this subchapter are not exclusive and a bank may at its option elect to extend credit either pursuant to this subchapter or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. (b) Section headings and captions contained in this subchapter are inserted only as a matter of convenience and for reference and do not, and shall not be construed to, define, limit, extend or describe the scope of this subchapter or the meaning or intent of any section hereof.63 Del.
