Violations of this subchapter shall be within the scope of the enforcement duties and powers of the State Division of Consumer Protection as described in Chapter 25 of Title 29.67 Del. Laws, c. 433, § 1; 69 Del. Laws, c. 291, § 98(b), (c); 77 Del. Laws, c. 282, § 8;
