§ 3901

Whenever, under any general or special law or charter in this State, any person is authorized to issue or publish any newspaper or newspapers on Sunday, any and every official or public notice, rule, order, proclamation, announcement or advertisement may be published in such newspaper or newspapers on Sunday with the same legal effect in all respects as if published on any secular day of the week.17 Del.
