Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to invalidate or limit any law of the State or any political subdivision thereof that grants, guarantees or protects the same rights as are granted by this chapter, but any law of the State or any political subdivision thereof that purports to require or permit any action that would be a discriminatory housing practice under this chapter shall to that extent be invalid.68 Del.
