(a) Any person who violates the provisions of this subchapter shall, in addition to any other crimes or violations contained in this Code, be guilty of the unlawful trade in new and unused property and shall, in addition to any other penalty provided for in any other provision of this Code: (1) For the first offense, be guilty of a class B misdemeanor; (2) For a second offense, be guilty of a class A misdemeanor; and (3) For a third or subsequent offense, be guilty of a class G Felony.
