In addition to any remedies the consumer may have at law or in equity, a violation of this chapter shall be an unlawful practice as defined in § 2513 of this title. The Division of Consumer Protection shall promulgate rules and regulations in order to implement the purposes of this chapter.64 Del. Laws, c. 173, § 1; 66 Del. Laws, c. 36, § 7; 69 Del.
