§ 5106

The Secretary of Agriculture shall have the custody of the state standards of weight and measure and of the other standards and equipment provided for by this chapter, and shall keep accurate records of the same. The Secretary of Agriculture shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Secretary of Agriculture shall have and keep a general supervision over the weights and measures offered for sale, sold, or in use in the State.6 Del. C. 1953, § 5108; 53 Del.
