§ 5115

The powers and duties given to and imposed upon the Secretary of Agriculture by §§ 5108, 5109, 5110, 5111, 5112, 5113, 5114 and 5137 of this title are given to and imposed upon the inspectors also, when acting under the instructions and at the direction of the Secretary of Agriculture.6 Del.
