§ 5132

Any person who shall hinder or obstruct in any way the Secretary of Agriculture, or any 1 of the inspectors, in the performance of official duties, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500, or by imprisonment for not more than 3 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.6 Del.
