§ 1101

This chapter shall apply to fishing for finfish in all the nontidal waters of this State. This chapter shall not apply to cultured aquatic stock in transit to, or in or removed from, registered aquaculture facilities pursuant to Chapter 4 of Title 3.64 Del. Laws, c. 251, § 2; 69 Del.
