§ 2401

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess hard clams taken from the waters under the jurisdiction of the State which measure less than 11/2 inches. Any commercial measure of hard clams shall not contain more than 5% clams that are less than 11/2 inches.60 Del. Laws, c. 513, § 2;
