For the purposes of this chapter, unless otherwise specifically defined, or another intention clearly appears, or the context requires a different meaning: (1) 'Other states of the United States' includes Puerto Rico. (2) 'Person' includes an individual, corporation, partnership, firm, statutory trust, business trust, joint-stock company, association, syndicate, group, pool, joint venture and any other unincorporated association or group.
