§ 3921

The General Assembly shall annually appropriate: (1) To the Division of Watershed Stewardship for use in New Castle County, a sum not in excess of $75,000; (2) To the Division of Watershed Stewardship for use in Kent County, a sum not in excess of $75,000; (3) To the Division of Watershed Stewardship for use in Sussex County, a sum not in excess of $75,000.7 Del.
