Whoever hunts or traps during a period when the Department has revoked or denied that person the right to secure a license to hunt or trap within the State shall be guilty of a class A environmental misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be denied the privilege of hunting or trapping, with or without a license, in the State for a period of 5 years, commencing with the date of conviction.62 Del.
