(a) A person must obtain an annual license before engaging in the business or industry of breeding game animals or game birds. (b) This section shall not apply to birds or animals raised by or for the Department, or to any person engaged in the breeding of game animals or game birds the total of which shall not exceed 25 in number.37 Del.
