The General Assembly encourages cooperative activities by the Department and the Commission with other states, interstate or regional organizations, and the federal government for the improved management of hazardous wastes; for improved, and so far as practicable, uniform state laws relating to the management of hazardous wastes; and compacts between this and other states for the improved management of hazardous wastes.62 Del.
