The Authority shall adopt all necessary regulations, rules, procedures and plans to comply with the objectives of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 [42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq.] and the Solid Waste Disposal Act of the United States P.L. 89-272 and may make application to the United States for financial assistance to develop and implement the purposes of this chapter.61 Del.
