§ 771

All persons having rabbits in their possession and offering them for sale shall show, on demand from any constable, police officer or Fish and Wildlife Agent, the bill of lading and all other memoranda of the shipment, so as to satisfy such officer that the rabbits were not killed or shipped from any place within this State.28 Del.
