(a) Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, or by regulations promulgated by the Department, or permit issued by the Division, a fisher shall not have in possession at or between the place caught and the fisher's personal abode or temporary or transient place of lodging more finfish than exceed the following numbers for the species listed: 10 for tautog (Tautoga onitis) or blackfish.
