All notices required to be given to stockholders and creditors in any action in which a receiver or trustee for a corporation was appointed shall be given by the Register in Chancery, unless otherwise ordered by the Court of Chancery.8 Del. C. 1953, § 293; 56 Del. Laws, c. 50.;
